​After years of struggling with trauma, depression, headaches, stress, mood swings, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, food intolerances and gut issues, my healing journey has been a profound path of self-discovery, learning how to support my well-being.

With the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years, I’m eager to share it with clients and help them restore wellness in their lives.

My Journey...

"unaware of the extent of my hormonal imbalances and food intolerances"

My journey began in my 30s when I started noticing frequent mood swings and fatigue. I assumed this was normal, a part of hormonal changes that everyone experiences to some extent. However, my symptoms worsened over the years. Despite my efforts—going to the gym, eating healthier (with the limited knowledge I had), and reading self-help books—I couldn't find the relief I was seeking.

Life has its ups and downs, but this was a particularly challenging time for me. My moods began to affect my work and personal relationships, my energy levels plummeted, my ability to cope with stress diminished, my sleep was poor, and my mind often felt foggy.

After a few visits to the GP, antidepressants were recommended, but I wasn't ready to take that route. I turned to Google in search of solutions, unaware of the extent of my hormonal imbalances and food intolerances.

It was only when I consulted a Nutritional Therapist that I discovered I was experiencing gut dysbiosis (an imbalance within the gut microbiome that can lead to various conditions). This revelation motivated me to pursue a career in nutrition.

Today, my journey is one of heightened awareness and understanding of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. With the experience and education I've gained over the years, I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with my clients to help them regain lost vitality and feel their best.
